Vworld Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Gaming Platform Usage Policy

1 Interpretation & Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "vworld" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all online services operated under the vworld.vu domain.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the vworld platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access vworld services.
• "Balance" refers to the actual monetary credit balance in a member's account that can be used for gameplay or withdrawn.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or any additional benefit granted by vworld to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" or Know Your Customer refers to the identity verification process that members must complete before a withdrawal is approved.
• "Wagering Requirement" (Wagering Requirement) refers to the minimum total betting amount a member must fulfill before a bonus becomes eligible for conversion or withdrawal.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Owning multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

3 User Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vworld account username and password. All activities carried out under your account are considered to have been performed by you, whether or not you were aware of them.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Contact the vworld support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Vworld shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence or failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

Your vworld account is for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another party is prohibited. Using your account for commercial purposes without written consent from vworld is also not permitted.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Vworld supports a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the platform's Deposit page at the relevant time.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Vworld reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded if fraud, promotion abuse, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system is detected.
• Bonus value is not included in the withdrawable balance until the wagering requirement has been met.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.

6 Game Rules

8 Account Termination

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting vworld customer support. Requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in the account will be returned to the member after all necessary reviews are completed, subject to fulfillment of all applicable withdrawal requirements.
